Constraints and keys for the interpretation of the foreseeable strategic evolutions of police systems in Spain and Portugal
This study was commissioned by the directorate general of Police and Security Regions of the Ministry of Justice and Security of the Kingdom of The Netherlands under the ARVODI 2018 General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Assignments to perform Services. This study will be used by the ministry in the context of a public debate concerning the strategic projections on policing in The Netherlands (de visie op de politiefunctie).
